By accessing or using Best In Delco ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Best In Delco is operated by Best In Delco LLC, a Delaware County, Pennsylvania business directory and awards platform.

2. Business Listings

Businesses may be listed on Best In Delco through submission, data aggregation from public sources, or owner claim. By submitting a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information and that all submitted information is accurate. Best In Delco reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at its discretion.

Paid listing tiers (Enhanced, Premium, Elite) are subject to separate subscription agreements and pricing as displayed on the Pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Awards Program

The Best In Delco Annual Awards are a community-driven recognition program. Nominations and votes are submitted by the public. Best In Delco reserves the right to disqualify nominations or votes that appear fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these terms. Award results are determined by community vote and editorial review.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to submit false, misleading, or defamatory information; to impersonate another person or business; to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site's operation; or to violate any applicable local, state, or federal law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Best In Delco — including text, logos, graphics, and data — is the property of Best In Delco LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Business names, logos, and descriptions submitted by business owners remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers

Best In Delco provides directory information on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any business information. Best In Delco is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any business listed on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best In Delco LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided herein.

8. Changes to Terms

Best In Delco reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
